The case
The Colombian Air Force (FAC) is a state military organization responsible for safeguarding national security and welfare. On this occasion, TIVIT brought on EvolutecC as a strategic partner to provide technical support for the platforms of its client, the Colombian Air Force, in alignment with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The main challenge was maintaining and updating Drupal-based applications, including versions 8, 9, and 10 of the core, managing critical events, implementing new features, and launching a radio station developed using AZURA CAST technology.
The solution
The service portfolio provided by EvolutecC to TIVIT fully met the SLA requirements for the FAC, strengthening its multisite Drupal system, ensuring stability, up-to-date information, and enhancing the live radio station.
